The Veterans' Homeless Bootcamp joins the city and county along with service providers to alleviate veteran homelessness through various programs.  It stemmed from First Lady Michelle Obama’s launch of the Mayor’s Challenge to End Veteran Homelessness by December 2015.

The crowd that had flooded Market Square at noontime Tuesday erupted into cheers as Steve Blass, former Pirates pitcher, made his threat and then walked off the stage.

On the 40th anniversary of President Gerald Ford’s pardon of Richard Nixon Monday, Duquesne students and alumni, lawyers and even senators crowded into the Power Center Ballroom to hear from officials who played important roles in Watergate’s consequences and Ford’s decision.
